Hospitality Ministry

The Hospitality Ministry is made up of parishioners who help with various functions in our community.

Members help plan, organize, and assist with welcoming activities, e.g., set up, clean up, and run the event. Depending on the event, members prepare appetizers, meals, or desserts. We meet as needed during the year and welcome all to join us.

CURRENT EVENTS: (Including but not limited to the following)

• Welcome Sunday: First Sunday of each month, donuts and social after 9 AM Mass
• Celebrations for First Communion and Confirmation students and their families
• Lenten fish fry lunches
• Annual parish picnic
• Pie and soup sales
• Hedgesville Heritage Days (October) • Religious Education Teacher’s Luncheon (April)
• Support Immanuel’s House
• Fundraisers throughout the year
